Valerie Goodwin

Valerie Goodwin has been in Drama one way or another since she was a teenager herself and playing the Mock Turtle.
After a B.Ed. in Film and Drama at Reading it was obvious that teaching was the only viable career for such a wayward person, and schools in Germany , Wembley and Southend have 'enjoyed' her rather eccentric style.
Now at Beaminster in once sleepy Dorset, with an MA in Staging Shakespeare and the halcyon thrill of treading the boards at the Globe in London under her voluminous belt, Valerie turned her attention to writing and was amazed to receive commendations from as far apart as Dublin and Detroit for her first published piece, The Magdalen Whitewash.

Valerie is fortunate to be humoured and assisted in her endeavours by her long suffering husband and two sons.
